Our all-in-one form allows you to tell us everything that matters about your trip. From the basic like cities and dates, to questions about flexibility to find a better fare or route. We’ll then get your passenger info as well, so once we find the right flights, we can get them booked ASAP!
Once the form is complete, we get to work! You have the option of working with us primarily through email, or you can schedule an unlimited number of calls to go over options. Whatever way you book best, we’re happy to help.
Once you settle on flights for your trip, we get them on hold for a final review, and then with approval, ticket them!

Once you’re ticketed, we begin to monitor your flights for any schedule changes, fare drops, or maybe for your favorite seat to open up!
If anything comes up, we let you know ASAP, and provide rebooking options if necessary, so you can make the best decision for your travel.
Just before your travel day, we’ll send a TanAir update, letting you know if there’s any possible delays with your trip, and providing need-to-know info!

So, what does it cost?
Passport required? Our International Planning Package is just $150 per person, for any trip with up to 4 legs, and includes the same great personalized booking experience for your travel, ensuring you get to your once-in-a-lifetime destination feeling your best.
Plus, add-on our Protection package for just $30 per person, so we can help get you back in the air and on your way, in case of any delays! No more waiting on the phone for hours to find out your options.
Additional legs, changes, and cancellations:
What’s a leg of a trip? One origin and destination pair, with any connections being under 24 hours. For example, flying from Burlington, VT to London, with a connection in New York JFK along the way, would be one leg. If you decided to stay overnight in New York between flights (perhaps at the beautiful and Av-geek approved TWA Hotel), then the trip would be considered two legs. All of our packages include four legs in total, but if you need additional legs, they’re just $20 each for a domestic trip, and $30 as part of an international trip.

Once ticketed, in addition to any airline-imposed change fees, we charge $20 for any changes made to your reservation. Note that we do NOT charge any change fees for changes necessary due to airline imposed changes, like schedule changes, delays, or reroutings.
If you have to cancel your trip, we don’t charge a fee, and will help process your cancellation and let you know if your ticket is refundable or can be turned into a credit with that carrier.
