We provide an easy to use custom form that you can send to all of your attendees, capturing their passenger information and any flight preferences they have, while staying within any parameters you set, like arrival or departure times, airports, or routings.

Once we’ve collected their passenger information, we’ll get to work directly with each passenger, giving them options that fit the budget and parameters you’ve set up. If anyone requests a special accommodation or deviation, we’ll confirm it with you before moving forward, so you’re always up-to-speed.

As attendees are ticketed, we’ll host their flight information and invoices in an easy-to-access drive, so you can review the details and spending at any time.

If you include our Flight Monitoring for your event, we’ll monitor everyone’s travel from the moment it’s ticketed to their arrival back at home. If anything does creep up, schedule changes, delays, or cancellations, we’ll reach out to the attendee proactively to get them rerouted, and if it’s anything major, we’ll let you know as well!
